Faith as Small as a Mustard Seed

God works in miraculous ways with even just the smallest seeds of faith!

On the 16th of October 2021 the International Church of Christ Yola Seed Fellowship had it’s 3rd edition of the “One Day Bible Challenge”. The One Day Bible Challenge is a day that church members set aside and completely dedicate it to studying the Bible with friends and neighbors. The church had 31 visitors in attendance! Visitors from Numan Local Government which is about 60km from Jimeta and the campus were also in attendance.

The Bible studies provoked several questions during the session on faith and salvation, causing many to stay back for further studies. Facilitators of the Bible Challenge were: Wale Ogundipe, Ochuko Urhobo and Etim Monday. They spoke through the power of the Holy Spirit and many hearts were convicted.

Sunday the 17th October 2021 the church had an awesome service with 42 persons in attendance amongst which 23 were visitor’s! Also in attendance were six missionaries who had come from Lokoja, Jos and Abuja to encourage the brothers and sisters in the Yola Seed Fellowship. They were: Ifeoma Onyeibe, Bilkisu Joe Peri, Etim Monday, Ernest Kuto, Tunde Omiwole and Shadrach Obasa.

The service came to an end with the baptism of our sister Eghe Asikhia and the restoration of another brother Victor Anthony.

We also had a celebration in honour of our brother Akinwale Johnson Ogundipe who had volunteered to lead the Yola Seed Fellowship for the past two years.

Please keep praying for the harvest of more souls in the city of Yola.
